SAMPLE TEAM ENTRY FORM AND INFORMATION

Thank you for Interest in Competing in the Guy Harvey Ultimate Shark Challenge. Teams may choose the option of two people minimum or a maximum of three. Trained and certified USC Observers will be placed on board all team vessels during competition. The USC reserves the right to approve all vessels for this competition.

The full entry fee, including the mandated state sales tax of 7% is $950. All teams must complete and submit an entry form and entry fee. A deposit of $500 can also be made to secure your spot. Instructions for mailing the payment can also be found on the entry form.

All teams, please contact us directly with any questions you may have. We are here for you. Do this in advance of the meeting, and familiarize your team with the tournament rules. If everyone does this, we can wrap this registration and meeting up by 6pm, get you on your way in time to prepare for competition, and then enjoy the Kickoff Party!
